Virtually all of the organizational and planning stages of the University of Florida's 150th Celebration are well documented with the lists of tasks, correspondence, memos, emails, publicity venues, events, special projects, programs from the 150th Celebration Convocation, concerts, lectures, and much else. The materials demonstrate the tremendous undertaking to launch and realize this celebration. In addition to the materials in the folders, which were retained in their color coded order, there are also four scrapbooks. Each scrapbook contains materials documenting the 150th anniversary celebration. Included are covers of magazines, articles from magazines, photographs, pictures, programs, posters, postcards, and photocopies of newspaper articles. The materials had been carefully arranged and organized in each scrapbook, and they present good visual documentation which coordinates with the text materials.
